Abstract All common and contradictory in society, state and economy on the way to modernization transformation is analyzed; concerning all mentioned above, the role of personal-human factor in its transformation is defined. The influence of globalization on county development in cooperation with world and national is revealed. The role of state in unity of society and personality, its capacity to organize and implement the process of recourses usage and knowledge accumulation in combination of moral and mind, what can’t be avoid without effective state and public control over processes of modernization is grounded. The public mood towards some constituents of social system of Ukraine is analyzed.   Key words: Modernization transformation, national states, postmodern model, public conciseness, knowledge, mind, moral, human capital, social state, degree of state presence, state and public control.

Abstract The processes of development of audit as a science from the different viewpoints are considered. The attention to the key problems, which emerge while these processes of examination, is paid. Processes of development of audit are studied from the position of gnoseology.  The interpretation of sciences which are presented in the works of famous scholars is given, the philosophical views on the science are considered, the criteria of scientific character are defined. Abstract This paper is focused on the peculiarities of the formulation of the concept of «new products». Abstract The essence of viral marketing as an «effective mean of procucts’ merchandising at the market» is considered. Viral banking marketing is an activity which is based on the promotion of consumers to the effective transfer of marketing massage to other persons aimed at increase of identification of banking products at the market and carrying out truth information concerning the credit institution. The principles of viral marketing in the system of confidential information at the international market of banking services towards involvement of additional financial material and human resources for the work of credit institutions and realization of their projects are defined. The procedure of usage of deposit policy of foreign bank aimed at identification of banking institutions and banking products at the market is shown.   Key words: Viral marketing, banking service, trust as an element of social capital of banking institution, confidential provision, resources of credit institution, value ofthe product of credit institution.
