In this article international market of knowledge’s production is examined. We have grounded the structure of the world’s higher  education. We also have shown the comparative description of expenses on education in a percentage ratio to GDP in some countries of EU. The analysis of the system of knowledge’s production in Great Britain is carried out. Also we described the place of Ukraine
at the international market of knowledge’s production.
