Current status and risks of development of labor market of Ukraine in the context of social security under Eurointegration

A detailed analysis of trends in labor market and employment in Ukraine and abroad was conducted. We identified a number of risks of domestic labor market, which allows allocating the labor market of Ukraine as a part of social security. We substantiated the possibility of adapting the European standards of development to the labor market of Ukraine. It was proved that the functioning of the Ukrainian labor market is an integral part of the labor markets of countriesmembers of EU, reflecting the approach to the standards of the European labor market in the context of the social security of the country in terms of Eurointegration.

A survey of different organizations, firms identifies characteristics associated with above average starting salary offers in allied fields of, management sciences, business and economics. A complementary survey made by the students at IBA_Sukkur-Sindh from – 1995–2007–08 batches, data were collected from 100students and 50 organizations and firms respondents by using simple random technique. Results showed that firms value work experience and leadership experience more than students do, where as student’s value raising grade point average and interview preparation more than do firms. Students seeking a firm’s maximum starting salary offers will need to enhance academicperformance with substantial work experience and leadership experience. It was revealed that leadership qualities and job performance and GPA were not correlated. It was revealed that the faculty and teaching methodology and technology all they are positively associated with the student’s performance.

In this article, the author analyses a complex of questions related to changes in the forms of labour organization preconditioned by the large-scale implementation of information and communication technologies. The author determines major tendencies in telework development and defines the most relevant problems in this sphere. Underscoring the importance of tele-employment at the labour markets of foreign countries, the author reviews the possibilities of their usage in Ukraine and analyses the consequences of using distant work giving consideration for their influence on different spheres of the country’s economic activity.
